Is
there an "Angel of
Mercy at Kaiser Morse Avenue in
Sacramento?
Read the story at: http://www.mjbarkl.com/angel.htm
The
KaiserPapers is
an advocacy site opposed to several medical and business practices
of Kaiser Permanente.
The
Kaiser Papers offers personal accounts, allegations, news, links and
suggestions
for people to obtain information and
assistance when
they are
navigating
the health care
system.
Even though there are
many written laws protecting the patients, the
purchasers and
users of health care
with
actual punishments attached to them for
the
offenders; if the laws are never enforced they are not really laws at
all.
So
while what Kaiser
does may be
illegal
by the books it
isn't going to do you much good at all because no one is
enforcing the
law.
If
you want to help stop Kaiser and
the Permanente from harming the American Public forward us proof of
their
actions. The court system apparently needs more hard copy proof in
addition
to more witnesses, more confessions from doctors and nurses and more
hard
copy patient documentation. Send us internal Kaiser
documents. Send
us Kaiser memos. Send us staff bonus information and staff contract
information.
We will put it in the right hands.
You
are
guaranteed
anonymity in this matter. The important
thing is to get the information out to save
some lives.
Help
us find out which level of management is responsible for the crimes
committed
on the American Public. Then the courts will
be able to stop them cold. Contact anyone of us by viewing

If
you truly wish to "THRIVE"
then take the time to educate yourself and learn about the Kaiser and
Permanente companies that are taking your money.
Educate yourself on what they are doing to you. Politely and
persistently
ask questions if you do not understand what they are telling you or if
something doesn't make sense. Hard earned money is being paid
to
this company to provide medical care for you. You have the
right
to ask questions or to simply tell them not to touch you until they
start
providing truthful intelligent answers. You have the right to be
truthfully
informed about your own health care.
Because
someone is
wearing a
white coat it doesn't necessarily mean that they are a doctor or that
they
know what they are talking about. Ask questions, know the
identity
of the person overseeing your care or who is touching you -
doing anything to you. Make sure you get their license number
if
they have one as well. Do not blindly trust. Do not accept
pats on
the head or blithe statements that you wouldn't or couldn't understand
what they are doing. Do not believe nonsensical
statements.
It is your body and you don't get many chances in
this lifetime to take
care of it properly or to fix serious problems that come up.
Make sure the care you receive is the right care for you The doctors
should be
pleased if you follow this information.
You will be a better patient if you know what is going on, if you
understand
what and why something is happening or needs to be done. You
stand
a better chance if you can believe what you
are told,
trust that they
truly
know what they are talking about and are doing their best.
Educate
yourself about your medical condition, the treatments available in and
outside the system and how the medical system actually works.
You
have the
right
to ask questions or to simply tell them not to touch you until they
start
providing truthful intelligent answers. You have the right
to be
truthfully
informed about your own health care.
Are
you experiencing barriers to
care?
The
following are examples of
barriers to care.
-
“Your doctor is on
vacation”
-
“The manager is in a
meeting”
-
“We’ll get
back to you in a few days”
-
“There are no
available appointments”
-
“We’re too
busy”
-
“Have you spoken to
someone in member services?”
-
“I’m a
physician, I have nothing to do with administrative matters”
-
Do you believe you
are receiving quality health care?

Attention Kaiser
Permanente Patients…
Are you dissatisfied or
satisfied with your current health care provider?
(e.g., doctor, nurse, psychologist)
Many
Kaiser providers are
nice. Nice does not mean that your
provider is doing what is best for you. Many patients have a
false
sense of security because they like their provider. Those who
are
not satisfied with their care are usually punted through the
system.
Both groups are equally at risk.
